What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, organization or company if provided, inquiry, and selected site language. We do not use the form to collect identity documents, account, asset, or trading information.
How we use it
We use this information only to understand the inquiry, reply, and arrange follow-up communication. It is not used for automated investment decisions and is not sold to third parties.
Security and abuse prevention
To limit repeated or automated submissions, the site creates a daily-changing hashed identifier from the network address. The original address is not written to the inquiry record; the identifier is used only for rate limiting and is removed after a short period.
Retention and protection
Form data is stored in the site's controlled database with a retention period of 365 days. Expired records are checked and deleted daily and when a new inquiry is received, with access controls appropriate to the data's sensitivity. For disaster recovery, access-restricted backup copies are retained for up to 30 days and rotated automatically; residual copies may remain in backups until that rotation period ends after a record is deleted from the primary database.
